1. Membership Survey: What direction should the COA take?
The purpose of this survey is to measure COA membership satisfaction with the Association's offerings and to solicit input into the prioritization of issues that the COA Board should address over the next 1-3 years. No individual data will be reported or shared. Only aggregate summary data will be reported.
Survey Instructions
We recognize that not all members will be able to answer all questions. For example, you may not be aware of some items or you may not be familiar enough with one or more of them to give an opinion. Response scales have been developed so that all members should be able to answer each question.
If you are familiar with the item, please click on the button that best represents your opinion using the scale: "Very Dissatisfied" to "Very Satisfied".
If you are aware of the item but have not had enough experience with it to give an opinion, please click on the button in the column. "Not Enough Experience".
If you are not aware of the item, please click on the button in the column "Not Aware".
Please note the scale will change from time to time, as appropriate. Do not forget to click the "Submit" button at the end of the survey to submit your answers.
