Montana Frontier School District Survey 2010

 

The purpose of this survey to collect information for describing the most important challenges confronting small, rural schools in Montana and the practices that are perceived to be contributing to their sustainability. Results will be presented in group form only. Individual responses are voluntary and confidential.

Directions for completing survey.

1. The survey is short, so please allocate 10-15 minutes to complete the entire survey in one setting.

2. Before responding to a question, please read the question and determine if you are asked to select all that apply, or to select only one choice.

3. Select the “Next” button to move to the questions on the next page. You may also go back to a previous page of the survey by selecting the “Prev” button at the bottom of the page.

4. Be sure to select one choice in each column of question 12 to get to proceed to the next page of the survey. Provide your most important, second most important, and third most important challenges facing the school district.

5. Be sure to select the “Done” button on the last page of the survey to submit your survey after completing all questions.
