1. Whitehouse Jobs Forum Questionnaire

The survey below is an opportunity to provide feedback to the White House about what is working and what is not in regard to the job market. It is also a chance to share your ideas about addressing the obstacles in regard to job creation.

These are some of the questions that were given to those asked to organize community forums to collect ideas to be collated and then submitted to the President later this month. Please make your submissions by Dec 12th. I am estimating that the 4 question survey will take 10-20 minutes to complete.
