The purpose of this survey is to gather factual cases in which collision repair data has been provided to other sources without knowledge of repair facility and/or vehicle owner. There have been many "rumors" and "second-hand stories" of specific estimating and/or repair order information being reported by others outside the customer, repair facility and insurance company's awareness or approvals. This survey is to identify these information "leaks" if they actually exist. The information requested in this survey will be specific to each case, and will be verified.
