The Board of Trustees of West Park School would appreciate feedback from you as parents and caregivers to help us effectively maintain a positive experience at the school.

Your opinions in this survey will assist in planning the future direction of the school and most importantly, your child's or children's future experiences at West Park.

Please take a few minutes to give us your feedback by November 25th. If you have more than one child attending West Park School, you need only respond once.

The survey is simple to complete and just requires you to tick the appropriate box. We also welcome your comments and we encourage you to contact us with any additional feedback where you feel it would be of benefit.

In West Park Schools Strategic Plan (2011-2015) we have identified the strategic priorities listed below. Please give consideration to these when responding to this survey.

Our strategic priorities are:

1. Using National Standards as benchmarks for the literacy and numeracy skills needed to access The New Zealand Curriculum
2. Managing the size of the school
3. Ensuring a safe and attractive physical environment within our budget constraints
4. Enhancing the role of ICT (Information Communications and Technology) at the school
5. Promoting ongoing parental involvement in the school
6. Ensuring that we provide opportunities for all staff to receive ongoing professional development
7. Ensuring that key curriculum resources are purchased according to the priority action plan and budget.
