Joint Needs Assessment 2010 First Metropolitan United Church
1. Overview
The Joint Needs Assessment Committee (JNAC) has been asked to determine and recommend the direction that should be taken in meeting the personnel needs at First Metropolitan United Church. Some of the considerations JNAC is reviewing are:
* What are the prime focal points of our mission and ministry as a congregation?
* What is the nature of a large downtown church and how does it affect the way we live our mission?
* What aspects of our church's life require ministry staff?
* What is financially viable?
There are many areas critical to our congregation. Our initial consultations have identified some key areas for review.
