Wednesday Evening Supper Survey

 
Our hired cook has taken a new job and will no longer be preparing the Wednesday evening supper. The kitchen committee sees this as an opportunity to make changes that may meet the needs of our UHBC members better. We have been losing money on the dinners for a long time and must make some changes to continue. Please answer the questions on this survey to help us make the best decisions to meet needs.
