Introduction
Over the next year, Commerce will update the Capital Facilities Planning guidebook under the GMA. Our goal is to produce a succinct guidebook that provides useful information for local government officials and planning practitioners on how to implement the GMA requirements for planning for capital facilities. The guidebook will be designed as a web-based document, with embedded links and examples.
