Introduction
CEFLI is conducting a survey of Life Insurance Company leading practices in regards to compliance with Annuity Suitability laws and regulations. The following questions and answers were developed by CEFLI’s Annuity Suitability Working Group in the hopes of capturing and sharing compliance leading practices across the industry.
Please note that information you provide to CEFLI concerning your organization's strategic and operational business practices in relation to this topic will remain confidential. No specific company will be identified in the survey results.
The Executive Summary of these survey results will be distributed to all individuals who have responded completely to the survey. The comprehensive report on the results of this survey will be distributed only to CEFLI member companies and will be made available on CEFLI’s website (www.cefli.org).
