We are conducting a Salary Survey to better assist nonprofit organizations throughout the state in regards to their compensation programs. We understand the sensitive nature of this material, and will keep all information from this data strictly confidential. Results will only be presented in an aggregated form thereby ensuring confidentiality. A list of participating organizations will be inserted in the report and will remain completely independent from all data and analysis. Responses from this survey are strictly for this survey, and will not be used in any other context. Maryland Nonprofits will not distribute this information to any third parties, and will not use this information for any other reasons other than this salary report.
