The venue is close to Flinders Street Railway Station. To encourage the use of public transport, the PPWCMA will provide a Daily Zone 1 & 2 Metcard to each attendee that can present a validated Metcard or V/Line ticket (dated 11.09.10) when they register upon arrival. Please indicate here if you expect to present a Metcard on the day (if this RSVP is for more than one person, we will assume that each person will present a Metcard)

If you would like us to arrange childcare services for your children, please provide names and ages of each child requiring childcare in teh box below.
On the day please report to the registration desk by 9.30am to arrange handover of your children. Children will be returned to the same lcoation in time for lunch at 12pm. We will contact you directly, prior to the event.

There will be a professional photographer taking photos on the day and these photos may be used to promote community activity in publications or at promotions in the future.
