Introduction
We are currently reviewing our surf club season.
The purpose of the survey is to find out your thoughts about the season. We plan to use the results of the survey to improve the experience your child/ren and you have of our club. The survey will help form a planning document taking us into the future. It helps the club plan for new initiatives and helps us make decisions about the 2010/11 season. We want you to help us plan for the future.
