Share your story to make a better CTA!

The Civil Rights Agenda, Affinity Community Services, the Gender and Sexuality Center at UIC and the Illinois Safe Schools Alliance need your help to make a better CTA. The LGBTQ and allied community are an important part of CTA's ridership.

Please share your thoughts based on each of the prompts below. Because we are focused on increasing the quality of service the CTA provides to the LGBTQ and allied community, please narrow your feedback so that it specifically addresses sexual orientation and gender identity/expression-related topics and issues. If you could provide your contact information at the end, we may follow up with you for more information.
*
1. Who are you on the CTA? (For example: "I'm bringing my two noisy kids to school. And I'm a lesbian." Or: "My head is always in a book while I'm on my way home from my Gay-Straight Alliance meeting.")
*
2. Why is the CTA important to you? What value does the CTA bring to your life?
*
3. How have you been let down by the CTA in the past as an LGBTQ or allied person? What could the CTA do to improve its service to you? (Remember here to narrow this to address sexual orientation and gender identity/expression-related topics and issues.)
*
4. What do you hope for the CTA in the future? What is your vision for the CTA?
*
5. Share a story about an experience you had had with CTA as an LGBTQ or allied individual.
*
6. How often do you ride the CTA?
*
7. Please share with us any information you are comfortable with about your demographic information and background. This can include (but is not limited to) your gender identity, race/ethnicity, age, neighborhood and sexual orientation.
8. Please provide your preferred contact information (optional).
