UCCH Youth Survey 2010

1. UCCH Youth Ministries

The UCCH Board of Youth and Young Adult Ministries is evaluating our current Youth Ministry program. It is our hope that we are providing our youth with a breadth of opportunities to participate in the life of the church. Please take a few minutes to help us in this process. We would also greatly appreciate any suggestions for new ways to engage our youth in our Church.
The Youth programs include Sunday School, Sunday evening Youth Groups, ReMix, as well as Confirmation and Worship.

This survey is for all Youth, Adult Volunteers, Parents, Young Adult Volunteers and others involved in UCCH Youth Ministries during the 2009-2010 school year. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and experiences with us!
