The City of Spokane is undertaking an initiative to review and improve the Change of Use permit process. Your feedback will assist us as we look for opportunities to improve your experience with Spokane’s permitting.

As a follow-up to this survey, we will be conducting focus group sessions with a cross-section of business owners who have experience with the Change of Use process. The intent of the focus groups is to get specific information about your experience so that our process better reflects your needs.
