This survey is designed to help schools get a picture of where they are in the process of implementing Professional Learning Communities and Response to Intervention (RtI). It is a planning tool designed to help your RtI team(s) identify areas for celebration and to prioritize next steps. It is NOT a report card. It is recommended that the RtI team(s) look at the results and identify next steps and goals from the data collected. This survey will take approximately 15 to 20 minutes to complete.
