The University of Utah College of Social Work and Salt Lake County Aging Services are working together on a 3 year research study to examine current and future needs of adults 55-70 years old in Salt Lake County. To participate in the survey, you must be between the ages of 55-70 and a resident in Salt Lake County. Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary and responses will be kept confidential. Personal identifiers will not be used in this survey. The survey will take 20-25 minutes depending on your responses. By completing this survey you are consenting to participate in the study. There are ten different sections in this survey.
