It will not be seen during the recruitment process by any person involved in selection for the post for which you are applying. No individual recruitment decisions are made based on this information. If your application is successful this form will not be kept on your individual personnel file nor will it be provided to your supervisors. The information obtained through completion of these forms will only be used on an anonymised basis for analysis of diversity in our recruitment programme and will be kept private to the extent permitted by law.
