Welcome. This Biennial Report Due Date Response Form is only for institutions in the Red, Green, and Indigo cohorts. This form allows you to identify the date on which your institution will submit its 2010-2011 Biennial Report.
As you know, the Commission on Teacher Credentialing has been implementing a revised accreditation system since 2007. The accreditation system is premised on the idea that institutions would be continuously involved in the collection, analysis, and use of data about its candidates' competencies and its programs' performance. One aspect of the accreditation system is the Biennial Report which requires institutions to submit data from 4-6 of its candidate assessment and program improvement instruments. Biennial Reports are required in the fall following years 1, 3, and 5 and should include data collected during at least the two preceding years.
