To help the Burning Man community and the Org better understand some of the key the issues Burners have with this year's lottery ticketing system, I have developed a quick and easy survey which I would like you all to take.
The survey has 22 multiple-choice questions about the new lottery system. The overall goals of this survey are to understand how people feel about the new lottery system, how people may have changed their ticket-buying behavior as a result of the new system, how many people actually got tickets and what the community would prefer in a ticketing system going forward.
