Thank you for your interest in holding a Building Men of Character(BMC) Retreat with your chapter. BMC Retreats are an excellent way to gain a deeper and greater understanding of the values of Phi Kappa Tau in order to develop leadership, enhance communication, emphasize chapter identity, develop a plan for positive change and strengthen the bonds of brotherhood.
This application will lead you through a series of statements to confirm your understanding of the commitment that you agree to uphold when hosting a BMC Retreat. It will collect information from you regarding your chapter needs and why you are interested in holding this retreat, in order to provide your chapter with the best support possible to achieve your goals.
