Hello and welcome to the annual 2011 BIFC Rec Parent soccer survey!

Your participation in this survey is very valuable and we ask for your honest feedback. This survey is confidential, available only to the BIFC board, but overall results (like field ratings) may be shared with the soccer community. Comments about individual coaches or referees may be shared with that particular coach/referee to help improve their performance. Your input may also be used to identify particular coaches or volunteers for special recognition. If you would like to share your name you may do so at the end of the survey.
