. At the second pool meeting, it was suggested that the pool be closed for the 2010 Summer season to support a different design and construction schedule. The Board is in agreement with this change. What is your opinion?

If the pool were closed for the 2010 Summer, the Board is attempting to work with a neighboring pool, Tallyn's Reach, or Saddle Rock to create a Greenfield membership or entrance fee for the summer. These fees would be paid by the homeowner if you chose to attend that pool. Do you have a preference of which pool?

. Currently there are three proposed options for each homeowner to repay an assessment.
1. Monthly Payment Plan of the Assessment, but the HOA fee remains unchanged. Once you complete your assessment you return to paying the $60 a month dues.
2. Lump sum payment- No interest
3. Raise HOA dues
