1. Evaluation of Webinar

In order to claim CME credits for the webinar "Billing and Coding in Long Term Care", attendees must participate in the webinar and complete the evaluation within 24 hours of the live webinar presention. The entire CME activity should take approximately 1.5 hours to complete.

Once your evaluation is submitted, it will be processed by AMDA's Education Department. Within 30 business days, a CME certificate will be sent to the e-mail or FAX you provide in the contact information portion of the evaluation.
