Sermon Content Survey

Thank you for taking time to answer these questions! Your responses will help me to be more aware of your experiences in listening to sermons as I prepare my own sermons. After watching the Christmas video link I sent you, please answer the questions in the survey. The longest question is this first one, which indicates your consent to participate in this project.

Question Title

1. The purpose of this research project is to offer help to preachers in the Disciples of Christ denomination who desire to be sensitive to those with little to no church background. This is a research project being conducted by Dawn Weaks, a Doctor of Ministry student at St. Paul School of Theology in Kansas City, Missouri.

Your participation in this research study is voluntary. You may choose not to participate. If you decide to participate in this research survey, you may withdraw at any time. The process involves watching two sermons online and taking two online surveys. This will take approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Your responses will be confidential. To help protect your confidentiality, the surveys will not contain information that will personally identify you. If you are willing to receive an e-mail follow up regarding your survey, please send an e-mail to dawndweaks@spst.edu. Your e-mail address will not be used for any purpose other than this survey.
