This survey is for parents, care providers and friends of those receiving services from Advance Enterprises - Riverside.

Periodically, The Arc of Riverside County evaluates the services we provide to individuals with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Accordingly, we would appreciate your taking a few minutes to complete the following survey.

You will find a couple of questions regarding additional program activities that may be available to Advance Enterprises as we plan for the future, while still keeping work as our primary focus. We are interested in your view of these activities, in addition to asking the preferences of those who currently attend our program.
