1. Students here really care about each other.

2. The school encourages us to do volunteer work.

3. Our theology teachers encourage us to do volunteer work.

5. The volunteer service program sponsored by Campus Ministry encourages us to do volunteer work.

9. The service learning opportunities (e.g., Sophomore Health Fair, Junior Book Project, Senior Community Garden) are helpful for my personal growth.

Teachers and staff talk about the social justice themes proclaimed by the Catholic bishops, namely, 1-life and dignity of the human person; 2-call to family, community, and participation; 3-rights and responsibilities; 4-preferential option for the poor and vulnerable; 5-dignity of work and the rights of workers; 6-solidarity; 7-care for God's creation.
