In the past one to two years, have you received care and services in your home? Or have you helped arrange home care and services for a family member or friend?
If so, we want to hear from you about your experiences.
The National Consumer Voice for Quality Long-Term Care, a national organization that advocates for people receiving long-term care, and a number of other organizations are working to improve the quality of home care in Ohio. We can’t accomplish that without hearing from people like you. We want to know about your experiences with care and services in your home, and what makes for good care and services.
