1. Should we continue to have the Annual Meeting and Gala Weekend just as we have the past 5 years? (If you select "Yes" on this question please answer questions 2,3, and 4).

2. Should AMSA seperate the annual meeting from Gala?

3. Should we try to find a better location? (Remember location must have the ability to host a meeting in the day time and a dinner/dance for about 100 people in evening and have room for a benefit auction if we keep it as in the past.)

4. If you want a new location for Gala, is it because of the price?
