This questionnaire relates to the forthcoming CIRIA publication “Engaging with risk in construction” , which will complement CIRIA's publication "Control of risk: A guide to the Systematic Management of risk from construction" (SP125)
The structure of the new publication (agreed by the project steering group) has ten main chapters and this questionnaire aims to identify specific topics and request examples / case studies for each section
