Brook organisation review - stakeholder views

1. Introduction

This survey is designed to seek the views of stakeholders and funders about Brook's organisational review.

Brook is currently a network of 17 independently constituted charities who work together with the same brand, charitable objects, vision and values. In 2009 we published a shared strategic framework which committed us to doubling reach, ensuring consistently high quality standards across Brook, providing value for money and demonstrating impact.

We launched an organisational review to ensure we are able to reach these goals and continue to provide high quality services for young people in existing areas and areas where we do not have a presence and services for young people are currently weak.

Having gone through an extensive review process we are now consulting on the option to merge into one single charity. As well as consulting with staff and trustees, we are also seeking the views of stakeholders including consultants, partners, funders and members.

Thank you for taking the time to answer this survey which should take no more than 5 or 6 minutes. All of your answers will remain confidential. If you want to discuss the review in more detail please contact Simon Blake, National Director at review@brook.org.uk and he will answer personally or phone 020 7284 6052
