Should your organization/church/ministry seem 'ripe' or in dire need of re-positioning, Arrow has leadership programs and initiatives that have helped many leaders actually lead through such a process - and survive! - Dr. Carson Pue
What is re-positioning?

In leadership, positioning has come to mean the process by which we understand the image or identity of our church/ministry/organization or business in the minds of the very people we are trying to reach with our message, product, brand, or service.

Re-positioning involves restating the presentation of your product or service relative to other competing products, in the collective minds of the target group you are trying to impact.

We can all experience 'drift' in our message due to a rapidly changing demographic, laziness or comfort within the organization and inability to work in teams to stay ahead of the curve in our field.

The following questions will help you discern how 'ready' you are to face the leadership challenge of re-positioning your organization.
