The target audience for this workshop is: Program Directors, Competence Committee Members, Residents, and Academic Advisors.
The objectives of this workshop include:
1. Describe the benefits of self-assessment in resident education.
2. Demonstrate an understanding of educational theories in support of self-assessment.
3. Develop a resident self-assessment tool applicable to the participant’s home program.
