Ambulance Equipment List Survey

 

The "Equipment for Ambulances" document lists the supplies and equipment that should be stocked on ambulances to provide the accepted standards of patient care. To ensure that the EMSC perspective is incorporated, the EMSC NRC will be consolidating EMSC grantee and stakeholder opinions into one cohesive list of recommendations, which will then be presented to the review committee for which the Health Resources and Services Administration has representation. We kindly ask that you provide comments or recommendations that will guide the review and future revisions of this list.

To facilitate comment, each comment section corresponds to the sections of the equipment list. These include:
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Ambulances,
- Advanced Life Support (ALS) Ambulances
- Optional Basic Equipment
- Optional Medications
- Interfacility Transport
- Miscellaneous Equipment (Appendix)
