Alternate ACCESS for ELLs™ Test Administrator Feedback Survey

Dear Educator,

The purpose of this survey is to get your feedback on Form 100 of Alternate ACCESS for ELLs™. The survey should be completed by educators who have administered Alternate ACCESS for ELLs and have participated in English language instruction for English learners with significant cognitive disabilities. Please complete the survey after administering Alternate ACCESS for ELLs. Participation in this survey is completely voluntary. The information gained from your participation will help inform the WIDA Alternate ELP standards and future iterations of the Alternate ACCESS for ELLs. The primary tasks of the survey are for you to reflect and respond to questions related to your recent experience of administering Form 100.
