The Alliance of Specialty Medicine is working with the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and Congress to improve Medicare's current electronic health record (EHR) incentive program. Beginning in 2015, physicians that do not comply with Medicare's "meaningful use" criteria will be penalized.
