1. Act 153 Board Discussions Survey

 
As required by Act 153, Section 2: "On or before December 1, 2010, the board of each supervisory union in the state shall discuss, and the board of every district may discuss, whether it wishes to explore the merger of districts within the supervisory union or with one or more districts outside of the supervisory union, or both under the terms of this act."

Section 8 requires the DOE to report on the status of merger discussions and votes. In order for the department to fulfill this legislative obligation please complete this brief survey by December 15. Thank you for your consideration.
