1. Accent12 Application

 
Welcome to the Accent12 application. The process should take you around 20 minutes. If you are on a private computer, you should be able to return to the application periodically if you use the same browser. If you are on a public computer, you will not be able to return to this application and will need to complete it in one sitting.

Before you start, please note that you will need the following:
*links to your audition (for instrumentalists)
*if you are interested in financial aid, statements explaining why you should be considered for scholarships, fellowship (instrumentalists) or assistantship (composers)

If you do not have these items on hand, we suggest that you exit the application and complete it at a later time, when you have these items ready for submission.

I understand that I will participate in Accent12 at my own risk and that University of Cincinnati will not be responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of my participation in this program. I allow Accent12 to use photographs, video and audio recordings taken/recorded during Accent12 involving myself.
