Spread out Standby Reserve by including a block of standby reserve in every reserve line.
Continue to have straight reserve and straight standby reserve lines

Keep the current system
Adopt a system where reserve lines are half reserve and half “available” where a reserve Flight Attendant could pick up Open Time to fill the “available” time with trips. This would eliminate the full relief line option.
