Survey of Australian Indigenous Leadership Centre (AILC) alumni

Background

KPMG has been engaged by the Australian Indigenous Leadership Centre (AILC) to evaluate the impact of the Centre’s programs in Indigenous leadership and the ways in which it engages with former participants (alumni). The intention of the evaluation is to assess:

  • how the AILC has improved the leadership capacity of Indigenous Australians
  • the benefits of participating in AILC programs and services
  • the cost effectiveness of the AILC, and
  • the key strengths and areas for improvement of the AILC.

About the survey

This survey provides alumni with an opportunity to comment on experiences with the AILC and let us know whether the AILC has made a difference to your life.

By completing the survey, you will help us to understand:

  • whether and how the AILC training helps improve leadership skills and knowledge
  • the impact of AILC on participants’ lives, particularly in education, employment and leadership roles
  • the benefits of participating in AILC programs and services for individuals, communities and employers
  • what works and what needs to change about the AILC, and
  • how you would like the AILC to stay in touch with you.

This is a voluntary process which is independent of the AILC - you don't have to participate if you don't want to, and can exit the survey at any time by clicking 'exit this survey' on the top right of the screen
