Welcome to the Breathwork Breakthrough Campaign Survey, organized by the Association for Holotropic Breathwork International (AHBI).

Taking the survey requires between five and fifteen minutes depending on which groups of questions you decide to answer.

By providing your responses to the questions in this survey, you will help us to find ways to make Holotropic Breathwork more available around the world. Our goal is to double the number of workshops per quarter between now and the end of 2012. With your help we can do it! Thank you for your participation.

This is a survey for everyone interested in Holotropic Breathwork, whether as participants, as workshop facilitators, or in training to offer Holotropic Breathwork.

Survey Confidentiality

Your responses to the survey questions are and will remain confidential. Your answers will not be shared with other organizations, nor will your email address be shared in the case that you provide it when indicating that you would like to be actively involved in the Breathwork Breakthrough Campaign.

Summarized versions of the results (for example, what percentage of survey participants are interested in Holotropic Breathwork as self-exploration), are planned to be made public in such a way as to ensure that individual responses can NOT be identified, directly or indirectly.
