Municipal Membership form for 2010

The Municipal Waste Association is now accepting membership renewals on line. We have expanded the information requirements so that we may use the data to form a comprehensive membership directory that is available to all members.
We want to be sure that our member information is as up-to-date as possible.
Those of you with larger programs may wish to scroll down to check what details we need and then come back to complete the membership form when you have the information.

Membership fees
Membership fees are based on population and run from January 1 to December 31 of a given year*.
NOTE: Renewal notices were sent to existing MWA Municipal members in December, If you need another copy, please call the MWA office at 519 823-1990.

Population up to 5,000 ..................... $85.00
Population from 5,001-10,000.............$165.00
Population from 10,001-50,000...........$315.00
Population from 50,001-100,000..........$450.00
Population from 100,001-200,000........$530.00
Population from 200,001-500,000........$610.00
