2011-2012 Programming Grant Application

For October: OCTOBER 6, 2011 (11:59PM EST)

The Purpose of the CAACURH Programming Grant is to provide funding for programs at affiliated institutions in order to help carry out the vision and mission of CAACURH. A decision of which applications have been excepted will be announced no later than the 14th of the same month.
Please follow the below guidelines:
1. An application cannot be submitted more than 3 months prior to the program date.
2. All institutions applying must be fully affiliated and good financial standing.
3. All recipients must submit a wrap up report within 30 days of program completion
4.If awarded the CAACURH logo must be visible on all program advertisements at the institution. (Logo is available upon request)
5. Applications that are denied cannot be resubmitted
6. Incomplete applications will not be considered
7. Any excess of funds awarded to an institution must be returned to CAACURH within 30 days.
8. Failure to adhere to any of these rules may result in denial of your application to be considered or funding for your program revoked.
9. CAACURH reserves the right to request a refund of all funds if you fail to comply with programming grant requirements.
Wrap Up Report Details
Wrap up reports of awarded programs must be submitted within 30 days of program completion and must include the following:
1. Did the program meet its intended goals? Why or why not?
2. How many people attended this program?
3. What would you change for the future?
4. Strengths and Weaknesses of the Program
5. Include a final budget
6. Include all program advertisements
7. Must be at least 3 pages in length excluding the final budget and program advertisements.
