1. Innovation Self Assessment

The following self assessment instrument asks you to rate 6 categories of innovation plus answer the general question. We will share the consolidated results with everyone who participated in the survey and provided contact information. Use the following category descriptions to aid in answering the first two questions:
Leadership/Strategy -Innovation is a strategic initiative, critical to our future success. Leaders are accountable for innovation success and lead by example.

People- Innovation is built into employee goals and tied to their performance. Time and training is made available for collaboration and sharing insights.

Process- Processes in place to facilitate ideation, prioritization, experimentation and implementation. Progress is monitored, tracked and frequently reviewed.

Metrics- Innovation measures are establish and tracked. People are held accountable for results.

Ideas- Full pipeline of big and small ideas originating from a wide variety of sources. Ideas are implemented.

Culture- Culture is open to encourage creativity and accepts some risks, knowing that failure is part of success. Innovation is one of our core value/principles
