The Moreland Energy Foundation Limited (MEFL) was established by the Moreland City Council in 2000 to help reduce greenhouse gas emissions across the municipality. MEFL is currently updating its Strategic Plan and invites you to provide your views on the priorities that should guide us over the next 5 years.
