As we look at bids for 2014 USA Cycling Collegiate Road National Championships, we want to get an idea for the weekend that works best with the most academic calendars. Given the time of year of the event, it's impossible to avoid some schools' finals week, or other schools' graduations, but if we can avoid this conflict as much as possible, it's best for the event and the sport.
