1. Closing date for entries is 31 December 2011. By 4 January 2012, one winner will be selected at random to win a Green & Black's Chocolate Lovers Collection worth £20.
2. The winner will be notified by email. If no response is received from a winner within 5 days, an alternative name will be drawn at random.
3. The Prize Draw Promoter is The Chartered Institute of Marketing, Moor Hall, Cookham, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 9QH. This is a GLR competition with an SSG prize, so all the entries and resulting data (and use of thereafter) go to GLR.
4. The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative can be substituted for any prize. However the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equivalent or greater value without notice if this is necessary for reasons beyond its control.
5. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be removed. Entry is online only by submitting this survey. The Promoter does not accept responsibility for network or computer failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry.
