e-IRG Roadmap, public consultation

The principle of the public consultation is that all the comments will be made publicly available (including name, organisation and position information) and a link to the comments will be included in the final version of the e-IRG Roadmap.

The exceptions to this are comments that can be deemed to be either illegal, completely unrelated to the document itself or anonymous. The editors may use the e-mail address to ascertain the true identity of the sender of the comment, but will do this only under specific circumstances and will include a disclaimer in the summary document stating that the identities are not confirmed in general.

The e-mail addresses collected this way will not be used for other purposes.
