Sefton Choices are a Sefton based counselling charity currently working with over 50 individuals on a weekly basis. They are contactable on 01519223760.

Facing closure due to a lack of funds, they are applying for a National Lottery Reaching Communities Grant.

For their application to be successful, they need to demonstrate a need for the services they provide.

Taking part in this consultation, by indicating your opinion to the following statments, could help establish if there is a need for the services Sefton Choices wish to continue providing.
