At the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota we are working to determine the needs of parents who have children with epilepsy/seizures.
We appreciate your time and feedback on both our existing programs and programs that might interest you in the future.
You were chosen as a possible respondent because of your affiliation with the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota.
Participation in this survey is completely anonymous and voluntary. The data we collect will help us update our current programs or create new programs pertaining to parents of children with epilepsy/seizures.
